Please email your final exam to yogaforalltraining@gmail.com. You can type your final into the email or add it as a Word, PDF, or google document. Upon receipt of your final, please give us 48 hours to review your work.
Here is your final exam:
- In written form, create a 60-minute Yoga For All class. Please determine a theme for the class such as “everyone is welcome on the mat” or “your own unique practice”. Please include information about pose variations/modifications that you plan to use.
- What was your biggest a-ha moment or most impactful thing you learned from this course?
- Please include your name as you would like it to appear on your certificate of completion
