M4L1 Creating a Yoga for All Class, Part 2: Standing poses

In Module 4, we begin to refine the strategies and tools we’ve explored throughout the course. Now that we’ve established the fundamentals of teaching Yoga For All classes, as well as the nuances and strategies for effectively using body positive language – it’s time start planning your classes! By the end of this module, you will have dozens of asana modifications and take-aways to help launch you into the Yoga For All movement!
